SHIPPING POLICY
During Covid 19 we aim to dispatch your order within 3-5 working days to minimise our trips to the Post Office. For UK orders we use Royal Mail Signed for and it is a flat rate of £4.00 per shipment.

For Europe and International shipping, please select your country when checking out and your rate will be calculated. All shipments are sent Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed For.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We accept returns and are happy to refund your money or offer an exchange within 14 days of purchase. Please note, the yarn must be in it's orginal condition, with the label still attached and not unwound. Unfortunatley we are unable to refund postage costs.
Exchanges will incur additional postage costs.
