SHIPPING POLICY
We aim to dispatch your order within 2-3 working days. For UK orders we use Royal Mail Tracked 24 or 48, you can choose at checkout.
For Europe and International shipping, please select your country when checking out and your rate will be calculated. All shipments are sent Royal Mail International Tracked.
There is no customs charges to EU countries as we are based in Northern Ireland
USA Tariffs are calculated at the time of checkout
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We accept returns and are happy to refund your money or offer an exchange within 14 days of purchase. Please note, the yarn must be in it's orginal condition, with the label still attached and not unwound. Unfortunatley we are unable to refund postage costs.
Exchanges will incur additional postage costs.
