The Natica mittens are designed to be simple, light-weight wrist warmers perfect as a mid-season layer or indoor mitten. The small lace pattern, knitted in the round, adds detail to the basic mitten design.

Approximately 200m is needed for one pair of mittens
GAUGE
36 sts and 44 rnds over 10cm (4”) after blocking. Knitted in the round with 2.5mm needle in stockinette.
NEEDLES & NOTIONS
2.5mm needles for knitting small circumferences in the round. This pattern was
designed using the magic loop method but could be easily adapted for DPNs.2 stitch markers
One Size to fit
Wrist Circumference: 16cm
Hand Circumference: 20cm
This pattern will fit a range of hand sizes. It can be worn with slight positive ease as well as giving a tight fit. As long as the wearer’s hands are within a centimetre or two of the measurements above, the mittens will fit.
Natica Mittens - Knitting
All our yarn is hand dyed in Northern Ireland. As each skein is hand painted there will be variations between each skein even in the same dye batch. It is recommend that when making a larger project you alternate skeins to avoid pooling.
